General rules
Tournament format will be announced on place by a tournament director
•
No tactical/strategic coaching to players allowed – Let children play, teach them before or after
•
Tournament director has a right to disqualify a player after giving a warning for breaking rules
•
Players should remain on court for whole duration of a match, exception may be given by tournament director
•
If there will be no “court referees” assigned, players count score and call “Outs” themselves (If both player’s parents agree, they can help with counting the score for players)
•
If a player fails to show up on court for a match 10 minutes after a match is announced by a tournament director, a default win is given to a present player
•
Players help each other by sending balls over the net to a serving player side so a serving player has always at least two balls to use for next point
•
Players change sides of court after every six points, if match consists of two sets, they change sides only between sets
•
Server of first point is decided by a short Rocks-paper-scissors game between players before they start playing
•
Underarm serve with a pre-bounce is allowed if bounce occurs behind the baseline of “shorter” court
•
Respect opponent and follow tennis fair play, shake hands with opponent after every match
Official tennis rules are applied to every rule not specified on this and our general Rules page

Every match is played with “orange” balls (stage 2)
•
Players will receive three or four balls for each match and winner brings them to tournament director after the match
